Returns & refunds are only accepted in case of a genuine defect in the product.

To request a return/refund:

1. Share a photo of the defect immediately on WhatsApp as soon as you receive the product.

2. You must also show the defect via video call for verification.

3. Return requests must be made within 1–2 days of receiving the product.
   (Requests after this period will not be accepted.)
